Climate Resilience during COP23
The UN Climate Resilience Initiative A2R, in close collaboration with the Global Resilience Partnership and other A2R Leadership Group members, has succeeded to mainstream resilience as a cross-cutting theme during the COP23 High Level Engagement on Climate Action on 13, 14 and 15 November 2017, within the frame of the Marrakech Partnership for Climate Action. Together with its Leadership Group members, the A2R Initiative is co-organizing three high level events focusing on finance, the particular vulnerability of Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and nature-based solutions for climate resilience.
